Overall the business is very unprofessional in ours eyes. We would not recommend going there.

After returning the jet ski, we had no damages, they said the deposit money would be returned with in 24-48 hours. 3 days went by, no money back into account, when i called they said they would look into it. Still no money back into account. Another 2 days went by and we called twice in regards to not yet having the deposit returned. They said again they would look into it and call us back. Never called back. Called them again and they said our deposit had been overlooked. They ended up returning it that day.. so money that should have been returned no later than 48 hours took 5 days.

Positive is the guy that took out the wave runner with us was very friendly and nice. He.explained how to run the wave runner well and answered our questions.

We had a family reunion at Seeley Lake, MT this year. We contacted Rocky Mountain Adventure Gear in advance to reserve a family ski boat. When we arrived, the young lady at the counter, Karly, was most friendly and helpful. She was very "Customer Oriented" and has good people skills. We also met Moose, the owner. He treated us "Royally". There was a slight mix up in the boat we had reserved, but Moose made it totally good, and gave us a newer, bigger boat at the same price. I was very impressed with Rocky Mountain Adventure Gear and will for sure go back to them again the next time we will be in Seeley Lake, MT. The boat and equipment we rented met all of our needs for our family, was in great shape, and we totally enjoyed our rental.

Young lady at the counter, Carly, was very nice and helpful. However the owner, Moose, was extremely rude and has horrible customer service skills. Price quotes were wrong, we were not told about delivery charges, and delivery was late on the canoes.

We rented a pontoon boat for Memorial Day and it was delivered and picked up. All we had to do was grab our food, beverages and towels and off we went. We had a great experience and will try to rent one again for the 4th of July weekend:)

Reserved a pontoon boat for the week and 3 days into our rental the fish and game shut down the lake for fires. I immediately called the owner who said he would figure out how to get it back to him and would credit us for the unused days. When we went back at the end of the rental he said he wouldn't refund us because "hotels don't do it for weather and he wouldn't either". I've never met a more rude and aggressive person. He got in my wife's face screaming at her. I told him I was more than willing to pay for the days used but not for the days that we couldn't use it. He didn't seem to care. I told him he could do the right thing or I would dispute the charge with my credit card company to which he said, "good luck". I would NEVER recommend dealing with this arrogant guy. Stay away!

We got there the day of, and there was taxes on top of wave runner rental that they never informed us of. They then told us there was a $500 deposit for damages on wave runner. They said it would be returned once wave runner was returned and there were no damages. However, we were never informed of this beforehand, nor was it online. Luckily, we had the money for it.

Called to reserve wave runner day before. Woke up day of and we were sick. Called to cancel and they said you have to pay full price. I was never informed of cancellation policy. When i called to cancel they said the policy was on their website. I wasnt aware of them having a website. Afterwards i went on the website, could not find cancellation policy anywhere. If its on there, its not easily accessible. They ended up letting us reschedule for another day.
